At the recent annual meeting and dinner at the West Chester Golf and Country Club, the League of Women Voters of Chester County introduced their officers and board members for 2019–20.
Among those introduced were, standing, from left, Valerie Thomas; Lisa Forsyth; Marian Schneider, guest speaker; Kim Byrd; Sandy Schaal; Lorraine Deisinger; Gretchen Cole; and Susan Carty, president of the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania and board member of the LWV of the United States.
Others introduced were, seated, from left, Dr. Pam Gray, president; Meryle Rothman, membership chair; and Barbara Lathroum, first vice president.
Schneider, from Verified Voting, a nonprofit organization working to improve voting accuracy across the country during elections, spoke about cybersecurity.
